Jazzercise Waikiki Elementary Honolulu Hawaii

Hey all, after a looooong time just subbing, I’ve got a gig! I’ll be teaching at Waikiki Elementary on Tuesdays and Thursday. The Jazzercise class will start at 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm.

I’ll be there and set up by 6pm, so come a little early to get a good space, warm up, stretch, and if you have any questions about moves or technique.

Don’t forget to bring lots of water, a towel, hand weights, and a mat.

Where can I take cross over classes in Waikiki?

This one is for all you visitors out there…Our location is great for you. Just at the outskirt of Waikiki, near Diamond Head, Kapi’olani Park, and the Honolulu Zoo, this is a great class location to take a cross over while you are here on vacation or business.

If you need instructions or directions, give me a call- 489-6108 and I’ll get you there! Don’t forget to leave me a number I can reach you at in case I don’t pick up the phone! Jazzercise in Honolulu is the best!

What is Jazzercise?

For those of you locals in Hawaii thinking about gettting into Jazzercise, you may be wondering what Jazzercise is, and what you can get out of it.

Here is some information if you are looking for Jazzercise in Honolulu, and want to get started with a great workout!

Jazzercise is a 60-minute class of cardio, strength, and stretch moves for a total body workout. We’ve taken moves from hip-hop, yoga, Pilates, jazz dance, kick-boxing, and resistance training and bundled them into one hour. All ages, levels, and sizes welcome so come join us today!

How many calories will I burn? You’ll burn up to 500 calories in a 60-minute Jazzercise class!

What results can I expect? Every Jazzercise class combines cardio moves to enhance endurance and burn mega calories, strength training to define muscles and strengthen your core, and stretching to increase flexibility. Through the use of hand-held weights, resistance tubes and balls, you will get a total body workout while blasting fat and having fun!

When should I see weight loss results from jazzercise twice per week and water aerobics twice a week ?



I have class 4 times per week and on the fifth day I walk a mile and 1/2 at a fast pace. I eat sensibly also.
