Jazzercise Hawaii Honolulu Oahu

Has anyone lost a good amount of weight doing Jazzercise? It’s so fun and I will continue to go it whether I see results or not but I was just curious.

I am interested in starting Jazzercise or some equivalent in my town. I would like to teach it as a second job. Anyone know how? Thanks for your time.

I remember Jazzercise being fun in elementary school. Are there any good videos? How about easy dance videos?
