Started a jazzercise class for the first time today and loved it.
I have just started an exercise program with Jazzercise and I am wondering how well Jazzercise has worked for other people? Also, how long did you stay with the program? Have you incorporated it into your life on a regular basis after you achieved success? I need input. Thanks!
