I have class 4 times per week and on the fifth day I walk a mile and 1/2 at a fast pace. I eat sensibly also.

A week, keep at it though. Always think of your thin body when ur done!
in no time…
approximately two weeks…
6 weeks usually
you should see results in the first 7 days. Somewhere between 1 and 3 pounds. If not..keep track of your calorie intake for 7 days to see how you’re doing there. Should be around 1200 to 1500 a day.
It will take atleast a week or two for the results to show..
Just make sure you don’t overdo the exercise part.. too much can really be too bad.. Restrict your brisk walking to twice a week and try to avoid brisk walking and your aerobics on the same day.
It might just over use your body and drain all your energy.. And most importantly STAY within your limits.. don try pushing yourself too much..
Believe me.. I tried it and currently I’m laid down for 3 days with extreme body pain and fatigue.
How sensible is your diet?? Are you eating enough? Are you eating clean most (90%) of the time?
ACSM recommends you look for noticeable changes 12 weeks after you start. Be patient, and just try to enjoy the process. These classes are great for getting you started on the road to fat loss. I would also suggest you look into some sort of weight training program as well.
